What the request form collects

The mediation request form collects only the information needed for a conflict check and scheduling: your name and contact details, the other party's name, an optional attorney name and case number, your county, and your matter type, language, and scheduling preferences.

How it is handled

Form submissions are used solely to respond to your request. Submissions are delivered by email to Sun State Mediator for follow-up, or to a customer-relationship system when configured. This site does not use advertising. It uses Google Analytics with standard cookies to understand aggregate site usage; you can block analytics cookies through your browser settings. Submitted form content is not written to server logs. Basic rate limiting uses IP addresses transiently in memory to deter automated abuse.

Confidentiality caution

Please do not send private facts, allegations, settlement positions, or documents through the form or by email before a conflict check. Initial submissions should stay limited to basic identifying and scheduling information.
