About Your Mediator
I spent nearly 20 years at Oracle leading technical support and engineering teams, following 15 years leading software development. Behind the technology, much of that work involved navigating complex disagreements, bringing competing perspectives to the table, and helping people find practical resolutions they could accept. That is the same skill family mediation asks for, applied to a much more personal kind of dispute.
I hold an MBA in Management Information Systems. My wife and I have been married for 44 years, giving me a personal appreciation for the significance of long-term commitments and the difficult transitions families can face when a marriage ends. I am currently completing Florida Supreme Court family mediator training and mentorship. Early conversations are welcome now — mediation sessions open once certification is complete.
